Limehouse Nights

Chinatown, as it quickly became known, held a dark fascination for the English. For some it was the home of the villainous ‘yellow man’, while for others it was the door to a mysterious and exotic civilisation.
For Lee Chee Kong and his Irish wife Mita, Limehouse is simply home. Amused to find themselves the objects of wonder, they are happy to welcome their new English friends. But when one of these friends, a glamorous young actress, accidentally dies of a drugs overdose, their lives are turned upside down.
